非洲大区事业部董事长蒋庆彬致开幕辞,他表示本次峰会是平台与作战部队关键岗首次聚首,意义重大,务必要深入探讨、有所收获。“如果没有成果,那就是作秀、折腾!反之则是务实、开源”。为此,峰会采取了分组的形式,聚焦“控风险、抓增量、提服务、树品牌、促合作”五大主题,展开了充分而热烈的讨论。
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Jiang Qingbin, Regional President of SANY Africa, delivered an opening speech. He stated that this summit is the first gathering of personnel in key positions on the platform and overseas subsidiaries, and it is of great significance. It is necessary to conduct in-depth discussions and gain some results. If there is no result, it is just showing off. For this purpose, the summit adopted a grouping format, focusing on the five main themes of "risk control, incremental growth, service improvement, brand building, and cooperation promotion", and engaged in full and enthusiastic discussions.
直营南非子公司总经理张良带领小组总结出非洲大区三大成果和三大反思,并基于反思寻找差距、制定对策,同时提出要严控“四类风险”、抓好“五新增量”,创造“震撼、惊喜、感动、回味”的客户体验。
Mr. Zhang Liang, General Manager of SANY South Africa, led the team to summarize the three major achievements and three profound reflections in SANY Africa, and based on these reflections, identified gaps and formulated countermeasures. At the same time, it was proposed to strictly control the "four types of risks" and focus on the "five new increments", creating a "shocking, surprising, moving, and memorable" customer experience.
直营肯尼亚子公司总经理刘国胜所在小组从客户的角度剖析了公司当前存在的不足,以及未来如何为客户创造更大的价值,并提出无论何时何地都要以客户为中心、以市场为中心来打造产品、制定决策。对于服务配件,提出要加大资源投入、加强技能培训等举措,从速度和技能两方面提高客户满意度。
The team led by Mr. Liu Guosheng, the General Manager of SANY Kenya, analyzed the current shortcomings of the company from the perspective of customers. And it is proposed to always be customer-centric and market-oriented, based on which to create products and make decisions, no matter when or where. For service and accessories, measures such as increasing resource investment and strengthening skill training are proposed to improve customer satisfaction from both speed and skills.
会议最后,蒋庆彬总结道,本次峰会各小组都贡献了许多真知灼见,提出了很多好的建议,但这些建议决不能停留在纸面,而要快速转变为行动计划,务实推进每一项工作,形成“讲问题、找答案、抓落实”的闭环。与此同时,本次峰会也深化了平台与作战部队的关系,为达成共识、增进合作奠定了坚实的基础。
Finally, Mr. Jiang Qingbin summarized the content of this summit. He stated that each group at this summit has contributed a lot of insightful insights and put forward many good suggestions, but these suggestions must not remain on paper, but should be quickly transformed into action plans and pragmatically promoted in every work.
