Bidding farewell to 2023, we usher in a new year, a new start, a new chapter. 2023年，同力重工践行“全域市场、全域布局、全域营销”的发展思路，凭借二十年对矿山工况和应用场景的理解，在全面质量管理体系的基础上，完成了HSEEn认证，建立了完整的管理体系。同力重工紧贴矿山用户需求，推出多款大型化、智能化、绿色化产品，不断提升单车运能、产品效率，降低车辆排放、运维成本，为用户提供经济适用的矿山运输设备。同力重工稳居宽体车行业销量及市场占有率领军地位，每三台宽体车就有一台来自同力重工。

In 2023, Tonly implemented its "region-wide marketing, deployment and sales" development principle, and relying on its understanding of mining work conditions and application scenarios amassed over two decades, the company was able to obtain HSEEn certification based on its full-spectrum quality management system, thereby establishing a comprehensive management system. Devoted to the actual needs of mining clients, Tonly has unveiled a multitude of large, intelligent and green products, continues to improve vehicle transportation capacity and product efficiency while reducing emission and lowering operation costs, all for the goal of providing users with economical and suitable mining transportation equipment. Tonly remains a leader in wide-body vehicle sales and market share, and one in every three wide-body vehicles is a Tonly vehicle.

In 2023, Tonly achieved monumental breakthrough in overseas market, with products having been sold in more than 40 countries, while sales have multiplied and shares in various markets have noticeably risen. Upholding the concept of "Tonly value sharing with the world" the company has implemented its internationalized development strategy, and relied on outstanding products and services to cement the brand's values in the minds of overseas customers.

2023年，同力重工 (新加坡)有限责任公司、西安同力云数字技术有限公司正式成立，提早布局海外平台和智能化平台，公司形成1+5架构，全方位拓展业务。

In 2023, Tonly Heavy Industries (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. and Xi'an Tonly Cloud Digital Technology Co., Ltd. were formally founded. Laying the groundworks for overseas platform and intelligent platform allow the company to develop a 1+5 structure and comprehensively expand businesses.

2023年，公司荣获“2022年度金牛小巨人奖、北交所价值十强”殊荣。公司业绩持续平稳增长、年度分红再创新高，吸引了更多的投资者关注和投资，公司股价平稳上涨，每日成交额、换手率大幅提升。未来公司将持续致力于为全体股东创造更大价值。

In 2023, the company earned accolades such as "Golden Bull Little Giant Award 2022" and "Top 10 Most Valuable Companies of the Beijing Stock Exchange." With consistent growth in performance and record-breaking dividends, Tonly has attracted the interest and investment of an increasing number of investors, resulting in steady rise of company stock price, including notable increases in daily transaction volume and turnover rate. In the future, the company will continue to commit itself fully to generating more values for all shareholders.
